I’ve seen daily lash serums — why would I need Lash & Brow Rehab™?
Daily lash and brow serums are designed for at-home use, but if there’s buildup along your lash line or brows — from makeup, skincare, or natural skin oils — those serums may not be applied as effectively to the skin’s surface.
Lash & Brow Rehab™ is a professional, in-studio cosmetic service that uses gentle nano-infusion technology to prepare the skin by exfoliating, clearing buildup, and creating thousands of micro-channels. During the treatment, we apply a professional cosmetic serum formulated to enhance the look of fuller, healthier-looking lashes and brows. This step allows the product to be applied to a freshly prepared surface for optimal cosmetic effect.
Following your appointment, you’ll continue your care at home with Rehab Vital™ — our aftercare lash and brow serum — to help condition, nourish, and support the appearance of stronger, fuller-looking lashes and brows over time.
Do I need to use the Rehab Vital™ Serum during the series?
Yes — for best cosmetic results, we recommend using only the Rehab Vital™ Serum throughout your Lash & Brow Rehab™ series. This is the only serum we have tested with our system to ensure compatibility and optimal application.
Can I go back to my preferred serum after the series?
Absolutely. Once your series is complete, you can choose to continue with Rehab Vital™ Serum or switch to another cosmetic serum of your choice.
Will Lash & Brow Rehab™ give faster results than a serum alone?
Lash & Brow Rehab™ is not intended to alter hair growth or provide a medical result. It’s a professional cosmetic service designed to prepare the skin and hair area by gently exfoliating, helping to remove buildup, and creating thousands of nano-channels. During the treatment, we apply a professional cosmetic serum formulated to enhance the appearance of fuller, healthier-looking lashes and brows. The combination of nano-infusion and the professional serum allows for more effective application to the skin’s surface, supporting the look of smoother, conditioned, and fuller-looking lashes and brows.
How often should I book Lash & Brow Rehab™?
Most clients see the best cosmetic improvement in the look of their lashes and brows with monthly sessions. Your beauty professional can recommend a schedule based on your services, lifestyle, and aftercare routine.
Can lash or brow damage happen even if I see a great beauty pro?
Yes — that’s completely normal.
Even with the most skilled beauty professional, repeated services like extensions, lash lifts, or brow laminations naturally put the delicate lash and brow area under a bit of stress. Without consistent aftercare between appointments, that stress can slowly add up — especially when combined with natural aging, hormonal changes, or frequent makeup removal.
Over time, lashes and brows may start to thin, feel drier, or lose some of their natural softness.
Lash & Brow Rehab isn’t a replacement for your favorite beauty services — it’s the recovery ritual that helps protect and maintain your results. Think of it as strength training for your lashes and brows — keeping them healthy, resilient, and beautiful for the long run.
What is Rehab Vital?
Rehab Vital is our advanced take-home peptide serum, available for daily use at home.
It helps:
- Improve hair density and softness
- Hydrate the root area and skin
- Support visible lash and brow thickening over time
Can I use Rehab Vital without the in-clinic treatment?
Yes. You can apply Rehab Vital daily at home with or without the treatment. While nano-infusion helps the serum absorb deeper, consistent home use still delivers visible results.
Is this treatment Health Canada approved?
Yes — Lash & Brow Rehab is fully compliant with Health Canada guidelines.
- The serums used (nano infusion serum and Rehab Vital) are cosmetic products that has been notified with Health Canada, as required under Canadian cosmetic regulations.
- The nano-infusion device uses soft-tipped silicone cartridges at 0.2mm, which classifies it as a non-invasive esthetic service — not a medical procedure.
Our treatments are performed by trained professionals using safe, cosmetic-grade products and techniques that meet Canadian safety and compliance standards.
How many sessions do I need?
You may notice changes after just one treatment, but we recommend a series of 3 to 5 sessions spaced 1 month apart for best results.
What are the aftercare instructions?
- Avoid makeup, lash glue, or skincare around the area for 24 hours
- Do not rub or touch the treatment area
- Apply Rehab Vital daily (morning or night) to support continued results
Can I get lash extensions after this?
Absolutely! Extensions will need to be removed before your Lash Rehab™ treatment, but you can have them reapplied just 24–48 hours after. The Rehab Vital aftercare serum is completely safe to use with lash extensions and won’t interfere with your fills.
In fact, many clients notice better retention and longer wear after rehab sessions — thanks to a stronger, healthier natural lash base. While a series of treatments is ideal for visible, long-term results, you can also book Lash Rehab™ occasionally when recommended by your beauty provider to keep your lashes strong and supported between sets.
Can I get Lash or Brow Rehab™ if I have permanent makeup?
Yes, you can safely receive Lash or Brow Rehab™ even if you have permanent makeup (PMU). The treatment does not contain lactic acid, acids, or pigment-lightening ingredients, making it suitable for areas with cosmetic tattooing.
In some cases, clients even notice that their permanent makeup appears more defined or refreshed after treatment. That’s because the gentle exfoliation helps remove the buildup of dead skin cells on top, which can make pigment look faded over time.
As always, results vary, and if your PMU is very recent or healing, we recommend waiting until the area is fully healed before booking. This treatment is Health Canada–compliant and intended for cosmetic use only. It is not designed to treat or alter tattoo pigment.
Can I still get brow extensions?
Yes. Brow extensions will need to be removed before your Brow Rehab™ treatment, but they can be reapplied just 24–48 hours after. The Rehab Vital aftercare serum is completely safe to use with brow extensions and won’t interfere with the adhesive or application.
Many clients find that brow extensions adhere better and last longer after rehab sessions, thanks to a healthier, more hydrated natural brow base. While a full series of treatments is ideal for visible improvement, you can also book Brow Rehab™ as a maintenance step whenever recommended by your beauty provider to keep your natural brows in optimal condition.
Can I still get lash lifts and brow laminations?
Yes! You can get a lash lift or brow lamination just 20 minutes after your Lash or Brow Rehab™ treatment. In fact, doing Rehab first helps clear buildup and prep the hair and skin — which means your lift or lamination will lookmore defined, smoother, and last better. It’s the perfect pre-treatment for enhanced results.
Does Lash and Brow Rehab™ hurt?
Nope! The rehab series by Willow and Fia is completely non-invasive and uses nano silicone tips—not needles. Clients describe it as a gentle vibration along the lash or brow line.
Is this safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, the Lash & Brow Rehab™ system is formulated with sensitive skin in mind and is free from prostaglandins, added fragrance, and harsh chemicals.
However, as with any cosmetic product, irritation may occur in rare cases. If you experience any redness, itching, or discomfort, discontinue use and seek medical attention if needed. Always follow usage instructions and consult your provider if you have known sensitivities.
How long should I wait before applying makeup?
We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before applying makeup to the treated area. While the nano-channels created during the treatment begin to close within 20 minutes, this window allows for full absorption of the nano-infused serum and gives your skin time to settle.
After that, you can safely return to your regular makeup routine. Just be gentle around the lash and brow area, and avoid oil-based products that could interfere with your aftercare or retention. Always follow your provider’s aftercare advice for best results.
Do I need touch-ups?
While some clients see visible improvements after just one or two sessions, a series of 3 to 6 monthly treatments is typically recommended for best results. Catching all of the hair cycles.
After completing your series, occasional touch-up treatments can help maintain the appearance of healthier, fuller lashes and brows — especially if you’re continuing services like extensions, lifts, or laminations. Your provider can recommend a maintenance plan based on your goals and lash/brow condition.
As with all cosmetic appearance-enhancing services, results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Is it good for mature or thinning lashes and brows?
Absolutely! Lash & Brow Rehab is ideal for aging clients who want to support softness, fullness, and skin health at the root.
Can I get this even if I’ve never had lash or brow services?
Yes — this is a great first-time treatment. It’s relaxing, non-invasive, and supports natural health and growth.
I wear strip lashes a lot — is this treatment still for me?
Yes. If you wear strip lashes often, Lash Rehab is a perfect way to restore and strengthen the natural lash line in between wear.

More certified locations launching soon.
Can I buy Rehab Vital without booking a treatment?

Will I notice results right away?
Most clients notice visible improvements in the appearance of their lashes or brows by the second or third treatment, such as a fuller, softer, or more defined look. However, results can vary from person to person based on individual factors like hair growth cycle, skin condition, and consistency with aftercare.Lash & Brow Rehab™ is a cosmetic, appearance-enhancing service and is not intended to treat or cure any medical condition. For best results, a series of 3 to 6 monthly sessions is typically recommended.
Can I just get it once in a while for a boost, without committing to a full series?
Yes — even a single Lash and Brow Rehab treatment can give your lashes and brows a visible boost in softness, hydration, and condition.
Many clients like to book a session in between extensions, lifts, or brow tinting as a way to reset and nourish their natural hair. While a series of 3–5 treatments offers deeper restoration, there’s no pressure to commit.
We believe in meeting you where you are — whether it’s once in a while or part of your regular self-care routine.
Can I use Rehab Vital with eyelash or eyebrow extensions?
Yes — Rehab Vital is extension-safe and can be used alongside lash or brow extensions. It helps support the natural hairs underneath, promoting softness, hydration, and visible fullness between appointments.
Our formula is also sulfate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free, making it gentle enough for daily use even with enhanced lashes or tinted brows.
Is there anyone who should not get Lash & Brow Rehab?
Lash & Brow Rehab is safe for most people, but there are a few cases where we recommend waiting or seeking medical clearance first:
- If you have open cuts, active infections, or cold sores near the eyes or brow area
- If you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients in the Rehab Vital serum
- If you’ve recently had a strong skin treatment (like chemical peels or microneedling) on or near the area — wait until skin is fully healed
- If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your physician before use
- If you have severe diabetes or conditions that affect wound healing, check with your healthcare provider first
- If you are undergoing or have recently completed cancer treatment, written clearance from your healthcare provider is required
- If you have an autoimmune disorder that may affect skin healing (such as lupus or scleroderma)
- If you’re taking medications that thin the skin or impair healing (e.g., some acne treatments or corticosteroids)
- If you have certain inflammatory or chronic eye conditions, like blepharitis or conjunctivitis
- If you have other skin or medical conditions that may cause irritation or poor healing, we recommend consulting with your provider prior to treatment
Your health and comfort matter most. Please be open with your beauty professional about your medical history so we can ensure Lash & Brow Rehab is both safe and effective for you.
