At Willow & Fia, we take care to ship all professional kits and supplies with accuracy, intention, and transparency. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Canada

  • United States

At this time, we do not ship internationally outside of Canada and the United States.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within the following timeframes:

  • Certification Kits:
    Ships within 3–7 business days

  • Professional Reorders & Supplies:
    Ships within 3–5 business days

Processing times refer to the period required to prepare, pack, and hand off your order to the carrier. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping Rates

Certification Kits

Lash & Brow Rehab™ certification kits ship free of charge within Canada and the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping to non-contiguous U.S. destinations (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) is subject to additional shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.

Professional Reorders & Supplies

Shipping rates for professional reorders and supplies are calculated at checkout and are based on order subtotal before tax.

Canada

  • Flat rate shipping applies to orders under $250 CAD before tax

  • Free standard shipping applies to orders of $250 CAD or more before tax

United States (Contiguous 48 States)

  • Flat rate shipping applies to orders under $225 USD before tax

  • Free standard shipping applies to orders of $225 USD or more before tax

Non-Contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

  • Flat rate shipping applies to all professional reorder and supply orders

  • Free shipping thresholds do not apply to non-contiguous U.S. destinations

Shipping thresholds are applied automatically at checkout. Taxes, duties, and carrier transit times are not included in free shipping calculations.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (United States)

For orders shipped to the United States:

  • Duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • These fees are determined by the carrier and local authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price

Willow & Fia does not collect duties or import taxes at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Willow & Fia is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders delivered to the address provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit:

  • Please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number
